Follow the visual sequence

  1. Let your usual moisturizer absorb. Primer is optional and should suit the formula you already use.
  2. Apply a thin layer of foundation. Add another small layer only to an area that needs extra coverage.
  3. Blend the edges of targeted concealer into the base rather than coating the whole face again.
  4. Place a small amount of highlighter on the tops of the cheekbones and assess the effect before adding more.
  5. Finish with a light lip gloss. Powder selectively if you want less shine in a particular area.

Practise one step at a time

Choose one technique from the poster, try it with the products you already own and compare the result in consistent lighting. Change one thing on your next practice: amount, tool or placement.

Product roles, not a compulsory shopping list

The poster illustrates product categories. It does not establish that a particular person used a named product or that you need to purchase an entire kit.
